Fees for the various licenses and permits the city issues - things like business licenses and building permits.
This inched up to $1,060,800 this year, about 4% more than the $1,020,000 it was in FY2025. Put another way: back in FY2017 this made up about 7.4% of Local Receipts - today it's 8.4%, a bigger slice than before.

Since taking office, Mayor Samantha M. Squailia has set this at an average of $1,040,400 a year over FY2025 through FY2026 - about 20% more than Mayor Stephen L. DiNatale set it at (an average of $865,000 a year over FY2017 through FY2024).
