General - State Owned Land
The state owns some land in Fitchburg, and normally that land would be tax-exempt. Instead, the state sends the city a small payment to make up for the property tax it isn't collecting on that land.
This inched up to $99,324 this year, about 4% more than the $95,809 it was in FY2025.
